Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Times

All orders are manufactured to order in our Manchester facility. Orders placed before our daily cutoff (typically 3:00 PM GMT) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

2. UK Delivery

We deliver to all addresses across the United Kingdom:

• Greater Manchester: next-day delivery, often same-day for local postcodes.
• Mainland UK: tracked next-day delivery before 4:00 PM.
• Scottish Highlands & Islands: 2–3 working days.
• Northern Ireland: 2–3 working days.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. Free same-day dispatch applies to every order — the delivery fee covers courier transit only.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

5. Packaging

All plates are packaged in rigid, protective mailers designed to prevent bending or damage in transit. Show plates and premium finishes include additional protective layering.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. UK road-legal plates are manufactured to BS AU 145e standards and are intended for use on UK-registered vehicles.

7. Delivery Issues

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
